BPO Defined

Echelon delivers “classic” BPO services such as back office processes that include: data entry, print and mailroom services, and call center operations. Our BPO offering is significantly more expansive, however, and includes complex solutions, processes and subject matter expertise that rely on advanced analytical and specialized skills. This category of BPO is often referred to as Knowledge Process Outsourcing and delivers high value to organizations by providing domain-based processes and business expertise.

Echelon also provides a third category of BPO in Enabling Technology Outsourcing (ETO). As a technology company, we have the expertise and ability to apply state-of-the-art solutions that better, more efficiently, and less expensively enable the business process to be carried out. ETO can be thought of as the offspring of Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and BPO. It is our standard and a key element to providing the most advanced, efficient and cost effective BPO and KPO services possible. s
